Return & Refund Policy of Alkene

1. In the case of online orders, if there is a manufacturing defect in the product after delivery, you must inform our hotline within 24 hours. However, the product must not have any scratches on it, and the product box must remain intact; otherwise, it will not be eligible for exchange.
2. After receiving the product from the delivery man for an online order, you must check the model on the box to confirm it matches your ordered product. If it is not the product you ordered, do not open the box or use the product. Instead, return it to the delivery man. If you attempt to use the product and cause any scratches or damage to it, it will not be eligible for exchange later.
3. A defective product is definitely eligible for exchange. In this case, you must contact our hotline and return the product through the delivery man. The responsible party will assess the defect and take steps to exchange the product.
4. Full courier charges will apply for product exchanges outside of Dhaka, while half of the courier charges will apply within Dhaka.
5. If the product is found broken or damaged/burnt after delivery, the full responsibility for the product will be borne by the customer.
6. After receiving the purchased product from the delivery personnel, if it is found not supported by your specific device, or if you no longer wish to keep it, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange, as per the description provided on Alkene’s website.
7. After returning the product for specific reasons or for acceptable causes, it may take 3 to 10 business days to process the refund.
8. A refund charge will be applicable for all types of mobile financial services/online gateways/POS payment refunds.
9. In the case of courier delivery, the customer must not accept the product from the courier if it is damaged or if the package is torn. If the customer accepts a damaged product from the courier, it will be at their own risk, and no complaints will be accepted later regarding this matter.
10. If esteemed customers have received any cashback at the time of payment, the equivalent amount of cashback will be deducted at the time of refund.
