সম্মানিত ক্রেতাবৃন্দ, অ্যালকিন (Alkene) সব সময় কাস্টমারদের সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে থাকে। এতদসত্বেও গ্রাহক সেবার মান উন্নত, সময়োপযোগী এবং দ্রুততর করার জন্যে কিছু নিয়ম কানুন মেনে কার্য পরিচালনা করতে হয়। সন্মানিত গ্রাহকগনের প্রতি বিশেষভাবে অনুরোধ Alkene থেকে মবাইলের ব্যাটারি সহ অন্য যেকোনো পণ্য কেনার পূর্বে নিন্ম উল্লেখিত নিয়মাবলি ভালোভাবে অনুসরণ করবেন। ধন্যবাদ।

প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান নির্ধারিত ওয়ারেন্টি শর্তাবলী নিম্নরূপঃ

১. ওয়ারেন্টি হল এমন একটি সেবা যা উৎপাদনকারী বা আমদানীকারক এবং ক্রেতা উভয় পক্ষের মধ্যে একটি চুক্তি। এই চুক্তির মাধ্যমে ক্রেতা উৎপাদনকারী বা আমদানীকারকের উপর বিক্রিত পণ্যের মেরামত বা প্রতিস্থাপনের দায়িত্ব বর্তায়।
২. আমাদের পণ্যগুলো মেরামত যোগ্য না হওয়ায় তা পরিবর্তন যোগ্য বলে গন্য হলেই তা পরিবর্তন করে দেয়া হয়।
৩. Alkene কর্তৃক আমদানিকৃ্ত অধিকাংশ প্রোডাক্ট এর ওয়ারেন্টি স্বল্প সময়ের মধ্যে প্রধান করা হয় এবং বেশকিছু প্রোডাক্ট এর অভিযোগ আসা মাত্র তা পরিবর্তন করে দেওয়া হয়।
৪. বিক্রিত কোন পন্যে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করা হয় না। শুধুমাত্র পণ্য গুলো পূর্ণ ব্যবহার পূর্বে ডিভাইসে ইন্সটল করে তার ব্যাসিক কিছু চেক করা পর্যন্তই ওয়ারেন্টি দেয়া হয়।
৫. ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত কোন প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রির পর যদি তাতে ত্রুটি ধরা পড়ে তবে তা পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে হটলাইনে যোগাযোগ করে অথবা তার একটি প্রমানসহ ফেসবুক বা হোয়াটস’এপ এর মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করে জানাতে হবে।
৬. নির্দিষ্ট মডেলের পণ্য বদলে দেয়ার মতন না থেকে থাকলে পন্যের মূল্য ফেরত দেয়া হবে, সেক্ষেত্রে অনলাইনে পাঠানো মুল্যের চার্জ কেটে রাখা হবে।
৭. পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি এবং ব্যবহার বিধি সম্পর্কিত আরো বিস্তারিত তথ্য আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজ থেকে দেখে নেয়ার অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে।

The warranty terms and conditions set by the manufacturer are as follows:

1. A warranty is a service that constitutes an agreement between the manufacturer or importer and the buyer. Through this agreement, the responsibility for the repair or replacement of the sold product falls on the manufacturer or importer.
2. Since our products are not repairable, they are considered eligible for exchange and are exchanged accordingly.
3. Most of the products imported by Alkene have a short-term warranty, and several products are exchanged immediately upon receiving a complaint.
4. No warranty is provided on any sold product. Warranty is only given for the products until they are installed on the device and basic checks are performed before full use.
5. If a product covered under warranty shows a defect after purchase, you must contact our hotline within 24 hours of receiving the product or inform us through Facebook or WhatsApp with proof of the issue.
6. If a product of a specific model cannot be exchanged, the price of the product will be refunded. In this case, the charges for online payment will be deducted.
