Shipping and Delivery
ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা:
- নিয়মিত অর্ডারের জন্য (ঢাকা/ঢাকার বাইরে) অর্ডার দেওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে থেকে ৯৬ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
- এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারির জন্য, অর্ডারটি ওয়েবসাইটে ৪.০০ PM এর মধ্যে দিতে হবে যাতে সে ঐ কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যেই ডেলিভারি পেতে পারেন । যদি অর্ডারটি ৪.০০ PM এর পর এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারির মাধ্যমে করা হয়, তবে তা পরবর্তী কার্যদিবসে ডেলিভারি হবে।
- খারাপ আবহাওয়া বা প্রাকৃতিক বিপর্যয়ের কারণে ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা পরিবর্তিত/বর্ধিত হতে পারে পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া।
পণ্যের ডেলিভারি চার্জ:
- নিয়মিত ডেলিভারি (ঢাকার মধ্যে) – BDT ৭০
- নিয়মিত ডেলিভারি (ঢাকার বাইরে) – BDT ১২০
- এক্সপ্রেস অন ডে ডেলিভারি (ঢাকার মধ্যে) – BDT ২০০
নীতি পরিবর্তন:
আমরা যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া এই ডেলিভারি নীতিটি পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। কোনো পরিবর্তন আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে পোস্ট হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই তা কার্যকর হবে।

Delivery Timeline:
- For Regular orders (Inside/Outside Dhaka) Product will be delivered within 24 Hours to 96 Hours of placing the order.
- For express delivery, one needs to place the order on the website within 4.00 PM to get the delivery within that working day. If the order is placed after 4.00 PM through Express Delivery, it will be delivered on the next working day.
- Due to Bad Weather Condition or any natural calamities delivery timeline may change/extend without any prior notice.
Delivery Charges For Products:
- Regular Delivery (Inside Dhaka) – BDT 70
- Regular Delivery (Outside Dhaka) – BDT 120
- Express On Day Delivery (Inside Dhaka) – BDT 200

We reserve the right to modify or update this Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
